PHD MSME Facilitation Centre will play a pivotal role in improving the entire ecosystem for the promotion and growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Country and Internationally . The Centre will provide Information, Knowledge, Mentoring, Policy Advocacy and Value added services to its members. 

Mission

PHD MSME Facilitation Centre will render assistance to MSMEs through policy advocacy for implementation of best practices, bringing "ease of doing business" , providing information and mentoring support and establishing linkages between MSME members and Inputs/service providers. The Centre would also facilitate:

• Technological Advancement in MSMEs through effective Industry, Government Research Partnerships
• Carryout programs for improvement in productivity and efficiency of MSMEs.
• Guidance and Mentoring to First Generation Entrepreneurs for new Enterprise Creation.
